Our dedicated coach visits the company twice weekly, making these topics engaging and enjoyable while emphasizing the importance of inner well-being. We've partnered with some of the top fitness studios, speakers, and coaches to inspire all of us to prioritize physical activity. Throughout this 4-month journey, we'll explore various fitness benefits, all while preparing the company for an exciting milestone – a half marathon competition.
